SooBlu Boutique recommends that you place your orders with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a STORE CREDIT

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED AS ON SALE, FINAL SALE, SPECIAL ORDER, OR PREORDER CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise unworn, unused and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges are done based on the availability of an item. If it is not available you can be issued a store credit.
SooBLU has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that SooBLU determines does not meet these requirements.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items , Swim Wear , Accessories, or handbags. Exchanges on all merchandise must be returned to SooBLU within 7 days of receipt. (Shipping Date ) if received after this date exchange will not be honored and item will be shipped back.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise, unless SooBLU is at fault.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at soobluboutique@gmail.com immediately.
