Shipping policy

All merchandise is shipped by SooBLU via USPS in the United States. The cost of shipping is $9.00 on all Single Item orders. All shipping charges are automatically added at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the item you order is unable to fit into the standard priority envelope (this applies to most footwear) Standard shipping for footwear is $9.99 unless otherwise posted.

Shipping Time 5-7 business days. This excludes weekends and all major holidays

 

Preorder items will have an expected date for shipping listed with the item.

SooBLU is not responsible for the actions of USPS and will not take responsibility for items once they have been dropped off to USPS

Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount.

If you order multiple items and one or more of them is a preorder item all items will be held until preorder item arrives and shipped together

If an out of stock item is ordered with other items and you choose to wait for restocking all other items will be shipped and you will receive your out of stock item when it arrives

Tracking information is sent via email once package is shipped

Orders are not processed on the weekends/holiday. If you place an order on Saturday/Sunday/Holiday processing will begin on the next business day.
